Kompetenceløft is a program initiated by Dansehallerne, Teater Centrum and Copenhagen council in 2017, giving daynurseries and kindergardens the possibility for close collaboration with an artsist. The artist facilitates a competence boost for two pedagogues, giving them new artistic and creative tools and methods for facilitation and co-creation with the children.
Ingrid Tranum Velásquez is one of the artists in the program, having facilitated courses for institutions in Copenhagen council since 2017. The program is now administered by Sokkelundlille and financed by Copenhagen council.
